This license also has reciprocity with many other surrounding cities and towns located within and outside San Antonio.

What is your cancellation policy?
We understand life happens and you may need to reschedule or postpone your project. Please try your hardest to give us at least 48 hours notice to your cancellation of our predetermined agreed time slot. This helps us streamline our schedule and get our customers repairs completed in a timely manner. Each project is tailored specifically to each customer, because of this, our material runs are usually done the day before your scheduled date. We very rarely use leftover material from other projects unless the project is VERY basic.
This also allows us to keep costs down by preventing us from having a building to store materials, which also helps to keep our materials free of rot, mold and mildew, bugs and any other condition that mother nature throws our way. This also ensures that the materials we install in your home are the latest and greatest, up to code and look brand new.
Can you help with design and planning?
Yes we can. We have accounts and dealer licenses with numerous facilities around town. Including Murphy Door, ProSource Wholesale, Home Depot, Lowe's, DalTile, Johnstone Supply, Meuller Metal Buildings, Triple S Steel, Sherwin Williams Paint, Sunbelt Rentals, United Rentals,….
What do you do to help with dust and debris during my project?
Typically that depends on the scope of the project. During large remodels. we install floor to ceiling plastic barriers between the project and the rest of the house. If outside ventilation is possible, we will always vent to the outside of the home to create a positive airflow through the demo area. Forcing air outside instead of inside towards the area still being occupied. We will also clean up our area at the end of each day and make sure minimal dust or debris has been tracked outside of work zone.
