From Backyard Projects to Full-Scale Construction

Hi! I’m Barrett Green, founder of Sterling Results Construction Services. I can’t remember a time when I wasn’t building something—either to solve a problem, make life easier, or just because I felt inspired. Whether it was a weekend project or a way to keep busy, I was never far from a toolbelt.

As a kid, one of my favorite memories is building a three-story fort in our backyard with my dad. Every Labor Day, we'd come up with a new design and bring it to life. Those early experiences sparked a passion that stuck with me into my teens.

At Sterling Results, our passion and hands-on dedication shape every project we take on. From straightforward updates to complete remodels, we’re committed to delivering reliable craftsmanship and results that truly stand out. We strive to deliver sterling results—every time, with every project.

Education & Professional Experience

I graduated from the University of North Texas in 2011 with a degree in Construction Engineering, Business, and History. After graduation, I began my career in metal fabrication and welding, designing, fabricating and welding custom vehicle components all in-house.

As I grew professionally, I moved into commercial construction, working as a superintendent for a San Antonio-based firm specializing in restaurant build-outs and lease space finishes. Later, I served as Director of Operations and Facilities for San Antonio Christian School, where I managed maintenance and construction across 38 buildings and 60 acres with a dedicated team.

The Birth of SRCS

In 2017, I founded Sterling Results Construction Services,—named after my daughter, Sterling. What started as a side gig quickly turned into something more. Friends and community members began reaching out for help with home improvement projects and trusted me because they saw firsthand that I knew what I was doing.

After more than a decade of hands-on experience and leadership roles in residential and commercial construction, I took the leap. In 2021, Sterling Results became my full-time business—and I haven’t looked back.
